Overview:
The Addax HSS Cobalt Jobber Drill is a 3.5 mm diameter metal drilling bit designed for accurate, reliable performance in tough materials. Made from high‐speed cobalt steel (HSS‐Co) and roll forged for extra toughness, it resists heat build‐up during continuous drilling and keeps a sharp cutting edge for longer. It measures 70 mm overall length (2.76 inches) with a 3.5 mm (0.14 inches) cutting diameter, and is manufactured to DIN 338 for consistent geometry and tolerance. The standard jobber length and straight shank make it suitable for use in cordless drills, mains-powered hand drills, drill presses, and pillar drills with a standard three‐jaw chuck. Ideal for stainless steel and chromium‐nickel alloys, it also performs well on many other steels and harder metals.
