Overview:
The Timco HSS Broaching Cutter is a precision annular cutter for rapid, accurate hole making in metal. It measures 20 mm in diameter (0.79 inches) with a 30 mm length (1.18 inches). Manufactured from high‐grade high speed steel (HSS) and coated with Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN), it offers strong heat and wear resistance for demanding work. Designed for use in magnetic drilling machines, pillar drills with suitable arbors, and milling machines, it cuts efficiently by removing a narrow ring of material and ejecting a slug, reducing feed load and heat build‐up.
