The Timco HSS Broaching Cutter is a precision annular cutter for fast, clean hole making in metal. It has a 24 mm diameter (approx. 0.94 in) and a 30 mm length (approx. 1.18 in), suitable for shallow to medium-depth holes in plate and structural sections. Made from high-grade high speed steel (HSS) with a hard-wearing Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating, it balances toughness with heat and wear resistance for reliable performance. The cutter is designed for use in suitable drilling machines such as magnetic base drills and properly equipped pillar drills that accept annular cutters via the correct arbor.
