At L&S Engineers, we do our very best to ensure that every product you receive is exactly as described, carefully packaged, and arrives in perfect condition. We check all items before dispatch and work closely with our couriers to make sure your order reaches you safely.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund or replacement (subject to the terms below).

Returns Policy

  1. Products must be returned complete with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and documentation.
  2. If we send an incorrect item, we will exchange it or provide a refund.
  3. If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible. If you accept it, ensure the courier records the damage and notify us within 48 hours. Keep the item and packaging. Faulty goods can be returned within 28 days for refund or replacement.
  4. Unwanted (non-faulty) items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You must use a tracked service and cover return costs. For special-order items, we may deduct restocking charges. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. If you refuse delivery without reason, you are responsible for the return delivery charges.

Step 1: Submit your return

Complete the Returns Form, email or call us. We’ll give you the return address and next steps.

Step 2: Pack & post

Repack securely with all parts and paperwork, and include your order number. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Step 3: Refund or exchange

After inspection, we’ll refund to your original payment method usually within 5–7 working days, or dispatch a replacement if agreed.
