Delivery Information
We have a wide range of in-stock items ready for same day dispatch on qualifying orders. For any ‘out of stock’ parts, an estimated dispatch time will be shown. To make sure you receive your goods in the shortest time possible we have several collections each day, including Royal Mail, Courier and Pallet. If at any point you are unsure when your parcel is due to arrive, or want to double check dispatch times, please give our sales team a call on 01543 378189.
Our priority is to make sure you receive your parts as soon as possible. The delivery dates indicated on this website should be used as an estimate only. We will notify you by email or phone if there is a delay in delivery at the first instance.
Please note: L&S Engineers will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage for non or late delivery of goods.

International Shipping
DDU – Delivered, Duties Unpaid
Any tax, duties and customs fees will be collected when the parcel arrives in your country. Your parcel will be held at your local delivery depot until taxes and duties are paid. The delivery company will contact you to collect any payments due before releasing your parcel.

IOSS – Import One-Stop Shop (EU Deliveries)
We use the IOSS scheme to simplify EU deliveries for qualifying orders (consumer orders under €150 including delivery charges). VAT is paid at checkout, so there are no additional VAT or handling fees on delivery. This means faster customs clearance and no unexpected charges for our European customers.
