I have a ms181 cbe with 16inch bar and run 3/8 picco also have a 026 with 18 inch .325 bar just gonna order .325 x7 teeth sprocket rim kit for the 026 if I buy this sprocket will I be able to run the 16inch bar with 3/8 picco on the 026?

You will need the sprocket and the bar to have the same pitch e.g. .325 or 3/8 Picco.
