Does the housing come with a filter , or Is the filter on old pipe easy to swap.
Also is it a common issue that the pipe "seal" for oil reservoir leaks due to being a loose fit, snug but not tight fit ?

The filter is separate from the hose, part number 1123 640 3800.
The seals do wear in time on the hose. The hose should be easy to swap over for you.
