The Timco Cone Cutter 5-20 mm (CC520) is a high-speed steel tool designed for drilling, enlarging, and de-burring holes in thin sheet metal. Made from HSS for hardness and edge retention, it produces clean, concentric holes with minimal burr. Its stepped, conical profile allows you to work up through sizes from 5 mm to 20 mm without changing bits, helping maintain accuracy and control. Optimised for thin materials, it performs best on sheet up to 2.0 mm thick (approx. 0.08 in). Suitable for use with standard corded and cordless drills as well as pillar drills, it supports precise metalworking on-site or in the workshop. Use with a suitable cutting lubricant to reduce heat, improve finish, and extend tool life.
