The Cowling Grommet (OEM 14413/2) is a Genuine JAP part designed for JAP Models 3 and 4F and other compatible industrial engines. Moulded from durable, oil‐resistant rubber in a circular, flanged form, it seats in the cowling panel aperture to cushion and secure the engine shroud.
