Overview:
T43 (Replaces Loctite 243) is a genuine Lockfast, blue, medium‐high strength threadlocker supplied in a 10 ml bottle for everyday workshop and site use. It is an anaerobic, thixotropic adhesive designed to secure and seal metal nuts, bolts, screws and studs on construction and garden machinery subject to vibration, shock and thermal cycling. The medium viscosity (1300-3000 mPa·s) allows controlled application with good coverage on typical thread fits, while its oil‐tolerant formulation bonds "as‐received" fasteners that may carry light oil residues. Once cured, it helps prevent loosening, protects threads from corrosion, and seals against leakage. It offers a service temperature range of -54°C to 150°C, with typical breakaway torque around 26 N·m and prevail torque around 5 N·m, and is UV‐positive for inspection.

Typical Applications:
Securing cap screws, nuts, bolts and studs on mowers, compactors, generators, pumps, chainsaws, brushcutters, tillers and other plant. Ideal for engine covers, guards, pulleys, gear housings, blade carriers, handle mounts and any threaded joint exposed to vibration, minor oil contamination or temperature swings where a removable, medium‐high strength thread lock is required.
