Today, we're going to Convert a Belle Minimix 150 from an electric motor to a loncin G120 (GX120 equivalent) petrol engine. First remove the drum by turning it anticlockwise. Now you will need to remove the 5 screws on the belt guard using a crosshead screwdriver. Next remove the spring washer from the shaft with a flathead screwdriver. Then remove the existing pulley from the shaft, the easiest option is to break the pulley off. Now using a 14mm hex socket spanner unscrew the 4 bolts located on the front of the machine to release the electric motor assembly. Next tap the new pulley onto the shaft followed by the new spring washer, use a socket and a hammer to push the washer on straight. Bolt the engine to the deck using M8 Nuts and Bolts with a 14mm hex socket spanner and 14mm spanner. Now attach the mounting deck with the engine mounted, secure with an M12 nut and bolt using a 19mm hex socket spanner and a 19mm spanner. Now replace the drive belt. screw the cover back into position using a crosshead screwdriver to secure the 2 screws. Now you can reattach the drum.
