A well-organised transport workshop reduces wasted time during routine servicing. Keeping frequently used mechanics’ tools and workshop consumables close to the work area—and separating clean funnels and jugs by fluid type—helps prevent cross-contamination when handling oils, coolant, fuel and other vehicle fluids.
Small air leaks can make a compressor run more often and reduce performance at the tool. Regularly inspect PCL couplings, air-line fittings and hoses for wear or damage, and drain accumulated moisture from the compressed-air system. Suitable drain pans, absorbent rags and cleaning supplies also make spills easier to contain before they spread around the workshop.
