You can now disconnect the spark plug boot. Now remove the recoil housing that encloses the ignition module by unscrewing the 4 screws. Disconnect the live wire. Now start to unscrew the first screw that secures the neutral wire, using a 4mm allen key. Then unscrew the second screw releasing the ignition module. Then to disconnect the cable, remove the bracket holding it in place. Now place the new ignition module into position. Loosely tighten the first screw that encloses the neutral cable, and then the second screw underneath. To set the ignition gap, place the tool in between the ignition module and the flywheel. Then tighten the screws. Place the live cable back to the module Secure the cable back, fixing with the bracket. Place the spark plug boot back. Now secure the recoil housing. Then attach the top cover, fixing with the screws. That's how you replace the ignition module on a McCulloch Mac 338 Chainsaw.
