The Hose Strainer 1.1/4" Zinc Plated Heavy Duty is a durable intake strainer for pumps and fluid transfer systems. Built from zinc-plated steel in a perforated basket design, it protects pumps, valves, and downstream components by stopping larger debris from entering the suction line. The 1 1/4" (31.75 mm) hose tail provides a secure push-on connection to standard suction hoses and is suitable for use with common centrifugal and diaphragm transfer pumps used on site, in agriculture, and in landscaping. With 5 mm perforations, it keeps out leaves, stones, and other contaminants while maintaining good flow.
