Can the absorbent sock be used on the inside of doorways to absorb any flooding and then act as a sandbag to prevent further flood water entering property?

yes you would be able to use these to soak up water on the inside of doorways but we would not be able to recommend using these in the same way you would a sandbag as once they have filled they will stop holding water and it could leak through.
