Overview:
This Lever Handle (MPN 800 1250) is a robust, non-locking lever designed for commercial vehicle and equipment body hardware. Manufactured from zinc die-cast for strength and durability, it is finished in chrome plate to provide a bright, hard-wearing surface that resists corrosion in service. The handle is set on 38 mm (1.50 inch) hole centres for straightforward replacement on common body fittings, and features a 360° rotation to suit a range of latch and cam arrangements. An 8 mm (0.31 inch) square spindle of 100 mm (3.94 inch) length is provided for positive drive into compatible mechanisms. Overall length is 154 mm (6.06 inch) with a body thickness of 42.5 mm (1.67 inch). Fixing is via Ø5.5 mm (0.22 inch) countersunk screws. For sealing and vibration damping at the mounting face, it can be used with the 4222/606 fibre fixing gasket where required. Typical uses include truck and trailer bodies, bus conversions, plant and generator enclosures, horseboxes and cab lockers.
