This long life detachable Bowden brake cable is a Non-Genuine compatible part for trailers fitted with Knott brake systems, including many Ifor Williams trailers that use Knott running gear. It transmits pull from the handbrake or overrun compensator to the axle brake levers. The cable uses a steel inner wire with a protective sheath to reduce moisture ingress and abrasion, supporting consistent braking in everyday towing.
