The Black Non-Locking Lever Handle, 45 mm Centres, 8 mm Square Spindle (MPN 800 1254) is a robust, general-purpose handle for vehicle bodywork and equipment access doors. Manufactured from zinc die-cast for strength and durability, it features a black powder-coated finish that provides corrosion resistance and a clean OEM appearance on commercial bodies. The handle operates without a lock and offers 360° rotation, making it suitable for mechanisms that require a continuous or indexed turn on an 8 mm square spindle. Fixing is via countersunk holes set at 45 mm centres for straightforward installation on panels and doors. The overall length is 153 mm with a 43 mm depth to suit compact layouts, and the 100 mm long spindle provides ample reach into the latch mechanism. A compatible 4222/606 fibre fixing gasket is available to help seal the mounting face and reduce vibration on service doors and lockers across transport and plant applications.
