Overview:
This is a pressed steel trailer coupling head for a 60mm (2.36") square tube drawbar, supplied as a bolt-on unit for medium-duty trailers and plant transporters. Listed here as (MPN 763 750), it features a reinforced pressed steel body with a zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance, and is approved to UNECE R55 with D 12.3 and S 100 ratings. The coupling is designed for trailer applications up to 1300kg (approximately 2,866 lb), with mounting options through holes provided in both the sides and the top of the housing. It secures to the drawbar with two M12 bolts of minimum grade 8.8 (bolts not supplied unless stated by the installation kit). A wear indicator and a correct attachment indicator are built in to support inspection and safe coupling in service. This unit is suitable as a replacement for Knott KQ14BHN2L and accepts optional accessories such as a coupling lock and soft dock as noted below.
