This drop catch (MPN 763 077) is a compact, bolt-on latch used to secure ramps, tailgates and doors on trailers and similar bodywork. It features a 12.9 mm (0.51") catch section and an M8 threaded stem with 38 mm (1.50") of thread for simple installation and adjustment. Supplied complete with an M8 nyloc nut and a plain washer, it is ready to fit to brackets or keepers on trailer bodies and plant carriers where a positive mechanical catch is required.
