The 110 Volt, 16 Amp Yellow Low Voltage 'BALS' Cable Plug is a tough, site-ready connector for temporary power on construction sites, workshops and factories. Built by Bals with a high‐visibility yellow polyamide housing and solid brass contacts, it provides dependable conductivity and mechanical strength. The one‐piece body and multi‐grip cable gland with gasket protect terminations and accept cable diameters from 8 mm to 18 mm. Rated at 110 V, 16 A, 50/60 Hz with 2P+E (3p) screw terminals and a 4h earth position used on UK 110 V site systems, it mates with standard yellow 16 A sockets. With an IP44 rating for splash protection, it is suitable for outdoor use when correctly installed. Ideal for power tools, site lighting, mixers and distribution leads.
