This 2.1/2" Type C Camlock x Hosetail Aluminium is a cam-and-groove female coupler with an integral hose tail for fast connection of flexible hoses to compatible male camlock fittings. The aluminium body provides a light, robust connector suited to general transfer duties. The 2.1/2" (2.5", 63.5 mm) hosetail fits the nominal hose bore, allowing secure attachment using worm-drive or band clamps. Cam levers engage with a matching 2.1/2" male camlock adaptor to create a reliable coupling without tools, reducing downtime during setup or changeover. Commonly used with pumps, tank outlets and manifolds, it provides a straightforward way to link hoses in water handling and other non-corrosive liquid applications where quick assembly and disassembly are important.
