Overview:
This ratchet strap with double J hooks, 6m x 38mm and 2000kg break strength (MPN 763 408), is a robust tie-down for securing loads on trailers, vans and flatbeds. It uses tough 38mm (1.5in) polyester webbing and a ratchet mechanism with a plastic handle for controlled tensioning. The 6m strap length (approx 19ft 8in) provides ample reach for pallets, plant, equipment and building materials. Double J hooks give a positive connection to lashing points, rails or anchor rings, and the assembly is rated to a break strength of 2000kg (approx 4,410lb) with a lashing capacity of 1000 daN (approx 1,000kgf / 2,205lb). Tested to EN 12195-2:2000 for load restraint, it's suitable for day-to-day use in construction, plant hire, transport and general haulage where reliable, repeatable load security is required.
