Overview:
This 3" Type C Camlock x Hosetail Brass is a quick-connect coupling for fast, reliable hose connections on pumps, tanks, and transfer lines. Made from durable brass, it offers good corrosion resistance and consistent sealing performance for water, oils, diesel, and many non-aggressive liquids. The Type C female coupler features cam arms that lock onto a matching male camlock adapter, providing a secure, tool-free connection. The integrated hose tail (hose shank) fits a 3 inch (approx. 76 mm) internal diameter hose and is secured with clamps or ferrules. Designed for general industrial, agricultural, and commercial fluid handling, it is compatible with standard cam and groove fittings of the same size (typically mates with Type E, A, and F male adapters). Not recommended for steam or compressed air/gas service.
