Overview:
The 3" Type C Camlock x Hosetail is a quick-connect coupling for moving liquids on construction and garden machinery. Made from durable polypropylene, it provides a lightweight, corrosion-resistant connection between a hose and equipment such as site pumps and irrigation systems. The Type C format is a female cam and groove coupler with a hose tail, secured by cam lever arms for fast connection and release. Sized at 3 inch (76.2 mm), it mates with standard male camlock adapters of the same size, typically Type E or Type A. This makes it a practical choice for water transfer, washdown, and general fluid handling where hoses are fitted and removed frequently.
