Overview:
This 48mm heavy duty cast steel jockey wheel and prop stand clamp (MPN 763 509) secures 48mm (1.89") stems to trailer drawbars or chassis members. The split clamp body is manufactured from cast steel and finished in zinc plate for corrosion resistance in fleet and site use. Mounting hole centres are 100mm (3.94") to suit common trailer brackets, and the base is designed for M12 (12mm) fixings. It serves as a direct replacement for many Knott cast clamps and is commonly found on Ifor Williams trailers. Suitable for plant, general duty and livestock trailers, as well as other towing and transport applications where a robust 48mm clamp is required. A spare handle/pad assembly is available under reference X97418-1.
