Overview:
This heavy duty hinged clamp for 48mm ribbed/serrated jockey wheels and prop stands (MPN 763 648) is built for demanding trailer and plant use. The body is cast steel for durability and rigidity, with a zinc plated finish to help resist corrosion in year‐round UK conditions. The hinged design allows quick installation of a jockey wheel or prop stand without removing the outer half of the clamp, saving time during fit-out or roadside changes. It is designed to grip 48mm (1.89 in) serrated tube securely and mounts to the trailer drawbar or A‐frame using two through-holes. Hole centres are set at 150mm (5.91 in) and each hole is 18mm (0.71 in) diameter to suit typical heavy duty fixings. Suitable for commercial trailers, plant trailers, general duty trailers and similar towing equipment where a robust clamping solution is needed.
