This coil spring assister (MPN 763 784) is a resilient insert designed to sit between adjacent coils on a vehicle's suspension spring to provide extra support when the vehicle is loaded. It helps reduce suspension sag, limits bottoming out and assists in maintaining ride height when towing or carrying heavy tools, equipment or cargo. The 51-65 mm size suits coil springs where the gap between coils at normal ride height is approximately 51-65 mm (2.0-2.6 in). Made from a tough, road‐resistant polymer, the assister offers progressive resistance as the spring compresses, supplementing the existing spring without altering the vehicle's standard suspension components. It can be installed and removed without permanent modification, making it suitable for workshop and fleet use.
