This twin 7-pin 12N and 12S pre-wired socket set (MPN 761 394) provides the standard UK "road lighting" (12N) and "supplementary" (12S) towing connections on the towing vehicle. Supplied as a pair of vehicle-mounted sockets with 2 m cable tails, it is intended for installers who need a straightforward replacement or retrofit on cars, vans and 4x4s that tow caravans, plant trailers or horseboxes using twin 7-pin electrics. The sockets mount to the towbar plate or bracket and accept the trailer's corresponding 7-pin plugs. Pre-wired cable tails reduce installation time and simplify integration with the vehicle loom.
