Overview:
This zinc-plated high tensile U-bolt with locking nuts and washers (MPN 763 204) is a compact clamp fixing for trailer and bodywork applications where a short leg length is required. Made from high tensile steel for reliable clamping strength, it is finished in bright zinc plating to resist corrosion in service. The U-bolt measures 80 mm width by 46 mm length, making it suitable for securing brackets and fittings to chassis rails, drawbars and cross-members where space is limited. The threaded portion on each leg is 30 mm long to accept the supplied washers and locking nuts while leaving adequate adjustment for most body fitting and mounting tasks.
