Overview:
Sealey SCS572 Air & Brake Line Sealant is a PTFE-enhanced thread sealant supplied in a 50 ml bottle for controlled, mess-free application. Designed for use on metal threaded fittings in air and brake line systems, it helps prevent leaks, weeps, and pressure loss in workshop airlines, plant machinery, and commercial vehicle brake circuits. The formula provides an instant low-pressure seal and then cures to a strong, pressure-tight joint, while still allowing time for re-alignment before final set. Suitable for both fine and coarse threads, it handles fittings up to 3 in (approx. 76 mm) in diameter with dependable, tear- and shred-resistant performance. A concertina applicator makes it easy to apply precisely where needed, supporting reliable assembly and maintenance work on pneumatic and brake line components.
