Overview:
This aluminium air line lubricator (MPN 816 500) is a durable in-line oiler for hose-connected pneumatic tools that need dependable lubrication away from the compressor. Built from robust 356‐T6 aluminium, it meters oil into the air stream to keep breakers, chisels and similar tools running smoothly and to help prevent freezing in cold or wet conditions. With a 320 ml (11 fl. oz) reservoir, it supports longer shifts between refills. Supplied c/w 3/4 in (approx. 19 mm) couplings, a 3/4 in NPTF to 3/4 in BSPP male/male adaptor, and 3/4 in BSP female quick couplings, it integrates easily into common site hose setups. It is well suited to heavy-duty tools such as the CP222 and CP9 and should be installed within 7.6 m (25 ft) of the air tool.
