Overview:
This vented trailer coupling bellows (MPN 763 315) is a rubber gaiter used on the drawtube of compatible Knott overrun brake couplings. It shields the grease and bearing area from dust, grit and spray, helping to maintain smooth operation and reduce wear. The bellows is vented, allowing trapped air and any water to be expelled as the coupling compresses under braking, which helps protect seals. This version is supplied without a bolt cover. It features four folds for controlled movement and sealing, with stepped ends measuring 55 mm (2.17 in) and 60 mm (2.36 in) to suit the mating parts of the coupling. Overall length is 140 mm (5.51 in). Suitable for service replacement on trailers and plant transport that use compatible Knott KFG-series vented couplings.
