Claw Door Retainer Female, Black Nylon (MPN 800 1051) is a moulded female claw designed to hold doors in the open position on commercial vehicle bodies and mobile structures. Manufactured from black nylon for a durable, corrosion-free finish, it provides an adjustable grip when paired with the matching male retainer (0555/003). The unit offers a 41 mm (1.61 in) closed projection to park the door neatly without excessive stand-off. Its compact body measures 67 mm (2.64 in) in length and 24.5 mm (0.96 in) in width, allowing fitment in tight spaces on door leaves or body panels. Installation is via Ø6 mm (0.24 in) fixing holes for straightforward through-bolt or screw attachment. Typical uses include truck and trailer rear doors, container doors, modular buildings and welfare units, as well as horseboxes, motorhomes and caravans where a positive-claw door hold-open is required.
