The Plant-On Window Hinge Black Nylon 100 x 80 mm With Grommet & Spacer (MPN 800 1140) is a compact hinge designed for mounting directly to cab glazing on agricultural and construction plant. The body is moulded from reinforced nylon in a black finish, with a zinc-plated steel pin for strength and corrosion resistance in outdoor use. Overall dimensions are 100 mm long by 80 mm wide by 12 mm thick (3.94 in x 3.15 in x 0.47 in). It suits glass of approximately 5 mm thickness (0.2 in) and is supplied with a grommet and spacer to protect and locate the glazing at the fixing points. Installation is via countersunk fixing holes of Ø9 mm (0.35 in) for a flush, secure fit.
