Overview:
Brake shoe expander for Knott, Avonride and Ifor Williams drum brake systems. Installed inside the brake drum, the expander converts the brake linkage or cable pull into opposing movement of the shoes to apply the brake. This unit suits brake drums in 200 x 50 mm, 203 x 40 mm and 250 x 40 mm sizes and is a direct service replacement where those specifications are used. Also compatible with selected Indespension assemblies using the same brake sizes. Maypole display-packed item for counter or van stock identification.
