This stainless steel bumper protector plate (MPN 761 435) is a bolt-on guard for flange-style towbars, designed to protect the vehicle's rear bumper from scuffs and dents during coupling and uncoupling of trailers or caravans. Made from grade 430 magnetic stainless steel, it offers a durable, corrosion-resistant solution suited to fleet, workshop and trade use. The plate mounts behind the towball on a two-bolt flange fitting, using the existing fixings to provide a simple, permanent barrier between the hitch and the bumper. It measures 177 mm high (approx. 7.0 in) by 140 mm wide (approx. 5.51 in), with fixing hole centres at 90 mm (approx. 3.54 in), aligning with the common UK flange towbar pattern.
