Overview:
This 48mm telescopic jockey wheel, 100kg standard duty from Maypole (MPN TR436) is a drawbar support and manoeuvring wheel for light trailers and towing setups using a 48mm clamp. The 48mm tube (about 1.89") is a common size on small to medium utility and general-purpose trailers. The telescopic design allows height adjustment to raise and lower the coupling onto the towball and to stabilise the trailer when unhitched. The rated load is 100kg (approximately 220lb). Supplied as a jockey wheel assembly only; the clamp is not included. For mounting, use the compatible Maypole 48mm standard duty split clamp, part MP424. This unit is intended for standard duty applications where a 48mm jockey is specified and a 100kg rating is adequate.
