Description
Overview:
The Chrome Raised Compression Latch (MPN 800 1225) is a locking, keyed‐alike latch for secure closure and rattle control on access doors, hatches and panels. The body is zinc alloy die‐cast with a chrome plated finish, supplied with a zinc‐plated pressed steel clamp plate to engage the rear of the panel. Its compression action pulls the panel tight against the seal to help minimise vibration in service. The latch measures 109 mm long by 33.5 mm wide (4.29 in x 1.32 in) and covers a broad adjustable grip range of 1-24 mm (0.04-0.94 in) to suit different door and frame offsets. Chosen where a raised pattern is preferred over a flush style, it is suitable for use on commercial vehicle bodywork and equipment enclosures across transport, plant and auxiliary applications.
