It features an enclosed feed screw to prevent clogging, grooved rollers for close-to-flare cuts, and a fold-away reamer. The X-CEL Knob and Wheel Pin allow for quick, tool-free wheel changes. Made from high-strength zinc alloy, it includes a spare cutter wheel in the knob.
