The Faithfull Cut Off Disc for Metal 115 x 1.2 x 22mm is a thin, high‐performance abrasive disc for clean, accurate cuts in stainless steel and general steel. Built from a resin‐bonded abrasive reinforced with fibreglass mesh, it delivers a fast, stable cut with minimal burr. Sized for 115mm (4-1/2in) angle grinders with a 22mm (approx 7/8in) bore, it fits using standard grinder flanges. The 1.2mm (approx 3/64in) kerf helps reduce heat build-up and material loss on small sections, sheet and profiles. For safe and efficient operation the disc must be used at 90 degrees to the workpiece. Suitable for site work, fabrication, maintenance and DIY tasks where precise metal cutting is required.
