The Folding Access Step (MPN 800 1008) is a medium-duty, spring-loaded step manufactured from mild steel with a black E-cote finish. It folds away when not in use and provides a secure foothold via a wide tread with a diamond grip pattern. Compact overall dimensions of 120mm length (4.72 in), 108mm width (4.25 in) and 95mm depth (3.74 in) make it suitable for tight mounting positions on commercial equipment. The step is designed for countersunk fixings of 8.5mm diameter (0.335 in). With a load rating of 150kg (330 lb), it is suitable for routine access tasks on vehicle bodies and static plant.
