The cutter measures 40 mm (1.57 inches) outer diameter with a 19 mm (0.75 inches) bore and a 2.5 mm (0.10 inches) thickness, giving a reliable fit on the PRM carrier. It replaces worn cutters to restore cutting efficiency, reduce vibration, and help keep surface finishes even. A full machine set typically requires 72 cutters.
