Overview:
The FIXT Brake, Pipe & Sealant Accordion Bottle 80g is a PTFE‐modified anaerobic thread and pipe sealant for reliable, leak‐tight joints in metal fittings. Supplied in a compact accordion squeeze bottle for controlled dosing, it cures in the absence of air between close‐fitting threads to create a durable seal that resists vibration and pressure. It is suitable for use on metal pipework and threaded couplings found on construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and garden machines, as well as general plumbing and maintenance tasks. The PTFE addition improves gap filling and lubricity during assembly, helping threads tighten smoothly while preventing galling and corrosion. Ideal for brake pipe unions and general service lines carrying water, coolant, oils, air, or hydraulic fluids where a clean, dependable seal is required.
