Overview:
This retractable underbody access step (MPN 800 1016) is a single‐rung assembly designed to provide safe, convenient access to vehicle bodies and equipment. Manufactured from mild steel for durability, it is finished in zinc with clear passivation to help resist corrosion in fleet and site environments. The step retracts beneath the vehicle or body when not in use, keeping projections to a minimum and reducing the risk of damage. Dimensions are 366.5 mm (14.43 in) in length, 472 mm (18.58 in) in width, and 61 mm (2.40 in) in depth when stowed. The unit weighs 3.78 kg (8.33 lb) and mounts via four 11 mm (7/16 in) fixing holes to suitable brackets or crossmembers.
