Overview:
ForgeFix Hexagonal/Torx Compatible Timber T30 Screws are heavy‐duty fixings for structural timber work in both softwood and hardwood. Made from hardened steel with a tough tan Elementech 2000 surface treatment, they are designed to drive quickly, hold firmly and resist corrosion. Each screw is 7 x 200mm (approximately 0.28 x 7.87 inches), making it suitable for deep, high-strength connections such as joists, beams and outdoor frames. The dual‐drive head takes a T30 Torx bit for positive engagement and also accommodates a standard hex driver or spanner for added versatility. A sharp tip and self‐drilling thread reduce splitting and remove the need for pre‐drilling in most timbers. Supplied in a tub of 50, these screws suit impact drivers, drill drivers and hand tools on site or at home.
