Overview:
The Leaf Spring U-Bolt M12, 55mm x 80mm, with Nylocs & Washers (MPN 763 093) is a high tensile steel clamp bolt used to secure parabolic leaf springs to axle saddles and spring plates on trailers and related transport equipment. It features an internal width of 55 mm (2.17 in) to suit common parabolic spring plates and a full length of 80 mm (3.15 in), providing ample engagement through the plate. Each leg has 50 mm (1.97 in) of M12 thread for reliable clamping and adjustment during installation. Supplied complete with two M12 nyloc nuts and two plain washers to help maintain clamp load in service. Suitable for single and twin parabolic leaf spring arrangements across a range of trailer and plant transport applications.
