The 180mm 24 Grit Disc for HireTech HT-7 Floor Sander is a very coarse sanding disc for fast stock removal on timber floors and edges. It is made from resin-bonded silicon carbide on a strong paper backing, giving a sharp cut with reliable wear resistance. Sized at 180 mm (approx. 7 in) with a 6 slit fitting and a 22.23 mm (7/8 in) centre bore, it is designed for edging and detail work with popular floor edgers such as the HireTech HT-7 and Clarke SUPER 7R. Use it to strip old finishes, level high spots, and prepare boards for subsequent medium and fine grits. Suitable for both trade and DIY users working on softwood, hardwood, and many exotic hardwoods.
