The 2-Point Rod Lock, Left Hand, 2210mm (MPN 800 1289) is a zinc plated mild steel locking assembly for commercial vehicle and equipment bodywork. It provides a positive two-point engagement to secure doors, shutters and compartments, using a left-hand, spring-loaded action for reliable closure. The assembly features an 8mm (5/16 in) square drive and is supplied with two rod guides to support smooth rod travel. Overall length is 2210mm (approx. 87.0 in), with a 25mm (0.98 in) throw for firm latching. It is designed to work with Ø9.5mm (3/8 in) linkage rods and uses Ø4mm (5/32 in) fixings.
