Overview:
The Load Strap Ratchet Mechanism Only Complete With 12" Tail is a heavy-duty replacement ratcheting head for 50 mm webbing systems used to secure loads in transit. It is designed for use on trailers, vans, flatbeds, and plant carriers where dependable load restraint is essential. The ratchet body is robust steel with a corrosion‐resistant finish, paired with a durable polyester webbing tail for threading and take‐up. Rated to a Maximum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 5000 kg and a Recommended Assembly Strength (RAS) of 2500 kg, it conforms to BS5759:1987. Supplied without the long main strap, this unit is ideal when the webbing is serviceable but the ratchet needs replacing. Tail length: 12" (30.48 cm). Webbing width: 50 mm.
